Co-op Columbus is excited to partner again with Roger Wilkens, PhD, director of the Center for the Creation of Cooperation, on a new series of workshops centered around building cooperative culture. These workshops will be a great resource for small teams (think non-profit boards, worker-owned businesses and beyond) looking to work together more cooperatively.
Roger describes the first workshop this way:
Self development is the foundation of cooperative development. In this workshop we will explore the 8 levels of self development and the types of cooperation supported by each level. Then we will examine stress regression, a process in which we can observe the hierarchy of levels of self development as we descend under the pressure of stress. Understanding cooperative development and creating means of controlling stress regression are both crucial elements in creating cooperative culture.
